“Perfect location from the airport, well cleaned room and nice staff. The bed was really cozy. It feels like cloud. I would like to stay again”

“Misleading Photos and a Disappointing Stay – Avoid! I've never stayed in a motel before, but I'm confident even a motel would be a better experience than this property. Location & Surroundings: The area surrounding the property is gloomy, unsafe, and appears to be in one of the worst parts of town. I did not feel comfortable walking around, especially after dark. “This is the most perfect place to stay for a quick night's sleep before heading to Homer. Beds are comfortable and I especially enjoyed drinking coffee out of a ceramic mug. Repeat traveler that appreciates the cost of a good night's rest.”

“We stayed for two nights. The lodge is halfway between Seward and Exit Glacier. The view is amazing. The room has a small fridge but no microwave. There isn’t a way to heat anything so it’s a a challenge to not eat out. The restaurant is close but it is super expensive for breakfast and the hotel coffee shop is also pricey. Go into town for breakfast. There is limited cell service and the WiFi is spotty. Stay here for the location and the view.”

“I have stayed at Ramada’s before and this certainly is not Ramada to me. Had to change rooms sink was leaking. Desk clerk gave me towels to place around sink and told me maint would be up in the morning. Sink leaking and electricity don’t mix well. I started walking away with towels shaking my head. Desk clerk then stated we could change rooms.”

“Cute Inn really only place to stay and it was right on the water. Great location if you are coming by train or taking a cruise. The front desk is often not there. It’s a small mom and pop place, but very cute place overall.”

“The person who checked us in was terrific. We had a problem with the initial room and he gave us a complimentary upgrade. We really appreciated that. The listing says they are not white glove. Let's just say this is a man hotel for fishermen and hunters. Care was not given to dusting or comfortable beds and pillows. It would be nice if they invested in new beds especially. We didn't eat at the cafe, but I did look at the menu. The prices for Alaska are pretty decent.”
