"The breakfast was terrible—3 apples all with rotting spots, one hardboiled egg in the bowl. About a dozen mini-mini muffins, toaster working on only one side. Dry cereal almost gone. This was all st 7:00! Area surrounding elevator needed repair, Bathroom sink had a huge crack in the surface. “Kitchen” cabinets horrible inside. Microwave needs replacing. Deck needs maintenance/rail painting."

"We were at a wedding and returned late so did not notice but when we woke up in the morning there was a used child’s bandaid in the bed between my husband and me. I am guessing our sheets were never changed. When I mentioned to the lady at the front desk she just said “ that is disgusting”. Not the best customer service!"

"Called property and told them we would be checking in after 1am. Waited at the door for 10 minutes that had a sign to call after 11 pm. The security door was locked so we thought. It ended up not being locked Called like we were supposed to do per the sign. Finally got management attention. Check in went good. Got to the room and it wasn't clean at all. Window was wide open with no screen on it. They claimed they were airing it out. Room smelled just nasty. They claimed to have offered another room they didn't. I ended up cleaning the room myself the next morning. Then wasn't given proper time with the cleaning supplies. The lake view was great and convenient shopping close. Good for the money paid, but I guess cheaper isn't always a good thing."

"It was about the only choice in the area we needed to be. Nothing special. Cheap amenities…towels, TP, plastic utensils and glasses, no outdoor patio or seating. The price was not supported by the grade of accommodations."

"It feels more like renting a room at a VRBO than a hotel. Very spacious. We loved the extra wide bathroom counter and the ledge in the shower to put our own bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles. The rug throughout the sleeping and sitting areas was both comfortable to walk on and sound absorbing. One thing that we wish were different: the blackout curtains do not go to the ceiling or completely to the walls. Light from daybreak streams in above and around the curtains and reflects off the ceiling and walls illuminating the room. Not sure how this could be addressed. I awoke at sunrise both mornings as I did not bring a sleeping or eye mask with me. Two other notes: The lowest temperature the mini refrigerator can be set to is 39º F or 4º C. Think of it as a drink cooler, not really a means of keeping groceries or takeout from spoiling. As others have noted, there is no microwave in the room."
