⁶인 조식이라 광고에 적어놓고 3인만 무료임, 3인은 비용을 지불했으며 인당 78원임, 뷔페는 정말로 민망한 수준입니다 실내 보일러 소리는 탱크 전장터였고 취기가 없으면 잠을 이룰 수 없을 정도임, 3인은 침대가 주어졌으나 나머지는 소파를 변형한 침대, 쿠션이 엉망이라 푹 꺼진 곳에서 불면의 눈망울도 푹 꺼져서 옴, 허리가 아픈건 서비스, 호텔스닷컴 그간 문제 없었는데 이번에 적잖은 실망

낣고 주방시설 잘되어 있음

레지던스로 넓고 주방시설이 잘 갖춰줘 있고 시설관리도 잘되어 있습니다. 바로 주변은 번화가가 아니라 식당이나 시설은 별로 없지만 스타벅스와 편의점은 있고 가보진 않았지만 조금 걸어가면 카르푸와 음식점이 많이 있다고 합니다. 수영장은 작고 물이 별로 깨끗하지 않은편 이용손님도 별로 없고.. 조식은 종류가 별로 없는편. 가격대비 나쁘지 않습니다.

The Green court residence is superbly run the apartment is clean and we'll furnished ideally set in pudong for all amenities you have a good selection of local shops plus many places to eat and drink or within a 20-minute walk maximum on the next trip to Shanghai I will be using these apartments again

Good size for families; decor is nice, washer with dryer capabilities is a big plus. Good size bedroom and they use good quality kitchen utensils and appliances. The apartment itself is maintained in good condition. Not so good—the amenities; I suspect they are not under the same management company as the apartment itself. The apartment itself is good but ALL the amenities are not in good shape, that includes 1) the children indoor playground (very small and there is not much there—like a sad baby sitting place); 2) the breakfast restaurant is 2* at the most, kind of old and does not feel clean at all (not worth $78 RMB per person); 3) the swimming pool does not look clean and not in good shape as well

Cleaners were efficient. All employees were professional and nice. Didn't like that the rooms were smoky, even if room was for non-smokers, residents do not abide by that. Food could be better.

This was my first China visit - the property was perfect, 3 bedroom apartment less than 10kms from the city centre with trees and parks all around. Full kitchen with mini supermarket 200m away, restaurants in every direction (walking) Highly recommended and would go back.

Overall a comfortable stay!!!

Nice neighborhood for both, solo or family stay... Subway/bus both the options are close... daily housekeeping, 24X7 front desk support, satisfactory non-Chinese options in breakfast, all appliances were in good condition. My stay is extended in Shanghai and and I continue here for next 4 weeks.

Excellent place for foreigners in Shanghai

This hotel is located in an international district in Shanghai (Pudong), with several international restaurants and excellent places to walk. If you want an international place in Shaghai and do not spend a lot of money having a quite of life quality, this place is great! The room I booked was like an apartment, with kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms, living room and a good space for up to 4 people. The gym is really very good and on the same level is located a small community library where you can read several books. The breakfast is normal and not so lush, but enough for a business trip or for a few days in Shanghai. Excellent choice!

Can be a good option

As the name indicates, this is more an apartment than a real hotel. I suspect that not all rooms are sold as hotel rooms, and that a number are regular apartments. It is appointed accordingly: the apartment is vast and efficient, albeit not plushy. Still, comfortable bed. The only points that would need to be improved in my opinion are: 1- It can be difficult to reach. Taxi drivers are not familiar with this address, and the Chinese name of the hotel is pretty different from its English name. 2- The air conditioning was not turned on. It may be good for the environment, but unfortunately it took a long time to cool down an otherwise overheated apartment to an acceptable temperature. Perhaps something can be done for this. 3- The place where breakfast is served is a bit small for the size of the place. It was tasty though, so quality-wise I am satisfied. Is it a keeper? I think for the deal I got and the place I had to go to afterwards it made sense. And if you are a family in search of an apartment, it may also make sense, even if you will have to walk somewhat to the metro. There are a few food options around the hotel at night as well.

Regarding the air-con we will turn it on before guest arrival so sure you will have a fit temperature and comfortable room in the future. And the location was bit far from the metro which is 15minutes by walk, we do believe in the summer it is not good way to walk to the metro so we have the taxi calling service for 24hour to try our best to bring the convenience to our guest .Last for the breakfast we are keeping tasty it and inspection everyday try our best to make sure our guest will have the good breakfast time. We are appreciated your comments to let us improve us to serve the guest better.

One of the best accommodations in Shanghai

Very much enjoyed my three nights (05/11/2018 - 05/14/2018) stay. I booked a 1-br apartment and got a free upgrade to a 2-br apartment, which was well-maintained and very clean. The staffs were polite and helpful. The breakfast food and drinks were fresh. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here at the end of our trip. Somewhere were we could wash some clothes, repack our bags, and relax before the long flight home. This was perfect. For an apartment, it was huge. Very warm and clean. There were some issues with some of the vinyl flooring, but nothing major. Location was great also. Distance is not close to either airport.

It took us a while to figure out how to heat up the room since the air conditioner could not heat up the room in cold winter ( room temperature 13c). Once get the floor warm online, the room is good for family stay.

Excellent hotel

Very nice pool plus one of the best playrooms for kids. We really loved our stay here.

Excellent

This apartment was awesome. Located perfectly for my purpose in Shanghai, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance inlcuding a Carrefour. The apartment was amazing. Very new & modern, clean, and staff were very nice & friendly. I will definitely be looking to stay here again if I have work to travel to Shanghai for work again.

Would have given 7* if it would have been possible. Room Cleanliness-Excellent Service - Good Hotel amenities -Excellent Location- Nearest subway 2km (Yunshan Road) , nearby have copule indian restaurant, other continental cuisine restaurant, one or two small mall. Each Lux Condo equipt with Large refrigerator/Gas andMicro oven, washing machine .

Wir waren geschäftlich in Shanghai, das Hotel hat uns auch gut gefallen, aber die Lage war sehr schlecht. Die nächste Ubahnstation ist ca 4km weit weg und man muß immer ein Taxi nehmen, um zum Hotel zu kommen.

This is excellent service appartment, large room with living, dining space, and kitchen . Equipped with washing machine. facilities, and comfort are excellent. Only becarefull there are thre appartment of similar name in same locality, two indian restaurant nearby, and other continental restaurant in nearby mall next to carrefour.

整體感覺好好，服務滿分

服務很好，房也十分清潔。服務員有問必答，十分好。其中一個服務員AKO特別要讚一下，主動解答，也幫我上網搵資訊。朋友去上海的話值得推薦一下

Nice hotel. But not much are to hang around.

The room air conditioning is not so good with the thick blanket (不充夠透氣 - 好焗) made me so hot. Can't sleep very well.
