"This used to be a wonderful place. Problem is they are letting parents check in there kids for senior week and the parents are leaving. Saw the parents talking to kids and watched them leave the place was over ran with 17-18 years old . We were also greeted by young kids swearing at you as you came in the hotel. A lot of weed use in the rooms . 2nd night lots of kids hanging in hall ways knocking on doors running . Staff did take care of it but having to deal with it at all was upsetting. Having 4 grandchildren rented 3 rooms it was not what I expected to have to deal with at a family friendly hotel like this . Very upsetting when u pay all this money and stay so far down not to deal with this . Stop renting to young kids or make sure there parents are staying. Won’t be staying again . I like to sleep on vacation not be woke up like I’m staying at the barefoot mailman motel."

"Wouldn’t recommend, I voiced my concerns with the front desk and they didn’t offer me a parcel refund, I usually do not leave reviews but this place was horrible and I don’t feel my feedback at the front desk will go anywhere. The unit I stayed in was filthy, never again will I return."

"This hotel offers excellent value for budget-conscious travelers and vacationers. I appreciated the affordable off-season rates, as well as the quiet atmosphere. My room featured a comfortable mattress, a functional kitchenette, and convenient beach access. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. The main consideration is that this is an older property, and some rooms appear to be in greater need of renovation than others. During my stay, I was promptly moved to a different room when it was discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. There were also a few minor maintenance issues, such as a missing sink stopper in the bathroom. That said, the staff responded quickly and professionally whenever concerns were reported. One additional note is that the rooms and hallways are carpeted. While this was not a major issue for me, travelers with allergies or sensitivities may prefer accommodations with hard-surface flooring. Overall, I had a positive experience and would gladly consider staying here again. For travelers seeking a comfortable, reasonably priced place to stay near the beach, this hotel is well worth considering."
