the hotel is well maintained and the facilities are good, the bar staff were very helpful Mohammad and Omar are assets to the company offering good customer service and help when needed good advised highly recommend these two staff members, i feel the food options could be improved by having more options range for drinks and snack food for Europe clientele which i am sure most would be happy to pay the extra costs for for more personal preferences, but apart from that very nice hotel and holiday recommended by tony and ana

Enjoyable place for everyone......

Charmillion Sea Life Resort is one of 3 resorts at one location, so it is great for families with kids or couples or a Solo traveller like myself. The staff on all levels were very nice greet you with a smile on their face and speak your language. The food at the buffet was amazing, the various shows by the Animation team were enjoyable, the landscaping was beautiful, a short walk to the gym, music everywhere, kids of all ages will have a wonderful time at this resort. The staff at the Reception Desk give me the option to choose one of 2 rooms and the one I selected was overlooking the pool and near the Theater but the sun was in the balcony all day. The room, its bathroom & the balcony were large, also very clean. At this resort everyone can participate in all activities or can do nothing at all or just lay down by the pool or the sea. I enjoyed my stay and I hope you will too.

Struttuta tutto sommato gradevole, il personale è molto gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi del BAR aperto H24, sempre disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Bene anche il servizio della ristorazione, unica nota negativa è che il mangiare è sempre abbondante ma davvero non si mangia un gran che bene. Anche rifacendosi al fatto che siamo italiani e viziati sotto il profilo culinario, in Egitto è la sesta volta che ci vado e ho magiato anche meglio di così. I ragazzi della pulizia della camera, in particolar modo il mio, un pò troppo invadenti, sono sempre a chiedere soldi extra, non si accontentano mai, quasi fosse un 'imposizione. Esagerati! La spiaggia abbastanza bella, poca privacy e l'accesso al mare è consentito solo tramite 4 scalini. Con l'alta marea, la mattina presto e la sera tardi, si può pensare di fare un "bagnetto" nel reef, con la bassa marea, nelle ore centrali della giornata, l'acqua arriva a malapena alle ginocchia, e non ovunque, solo in alcune pozze. Il pontile è abbastanza distante dal SEA LIFE. Le camere non sono molto ampie e gli arredi sono molto datati, il bagno è dotato di wc, bidet, lavandino e doccia. L'aria condizionata funziona benissimo e raffresca immediatamente. Tutte le camere sono dotate di patio o balcone, piuttosto piccolo per la verità e scarsamente illuminato. Sia la SPA che il servizio DIVING si trovano nel adiacente Charmillion Club e quindi un pò distanti ma non troppo poi. Consiglio una mangiata a "il pescatore" in riva al mare su prenotazione.!
