This was a really nice resort, the staff here are very friendly and every where was very clean. They had shuttle bus running around the resort and various entertainment and water sports going on. I would definitely stay here again

Third time at Elisir and still impressed. Room, food, pool and beach all good. Added bonus spa and gym makes this resort great value for money. Got one voucher for al a carte restaurant this time, last time got two? Overall stay excellent. Would recommend to others.

There is great entertainment at Domina however it is all in Italian language. So that was a big problem for me as an English speaker. Variety of dining options. Beautiful spa, worth visiting the hot pools.

Amazing - free upgraded room to Kings Lake - so many beaches lagoons/pool's to sit at excellent sun beds, snorkelling very easy and stunning coral (take your own mask etc). Weather perfect. Food and bars - some restrictions to All Inc but once you work it out find your fav - breakfast in Garden rest. for us and Dinner at Spices. Bars, we liked the sunset beach bar and roof top evening bar - Alisia hotel lobby for evening cards if bit cold to sit out. Free golf cart taxis to get around. Stunning landscapes/gardens and lots of happy cats. Take own plastic glass (didn’t like the paper cups) and no tonic - easy to solve with onsite supermarket. Staff all very lovely friendly and courteous. It is a mainly Italian resort (chain) Red Sea meets Med vibe.

Snacks were shameful. All inclusive was not all inclusive, worst one we have been too! Only 1 indoor bar, only italian entertainment. Not 5* false advertising for other hotels!

First night when I arrived at 1 am, the AC was broken. They fixed it at 4 am. The first room I got had bad bathroom, they changed it after 2 days and after multiple requests. Staff very friendly but their service is slow. Other than that, everything is amazing, views, entertainment options, transportation, food. Very helpful when you need information. I wish they work better on their rooms service

The beach is amazing and the wifi is good, but every thing else is average including food and animation team compared to other teams in different hotels. Its all inclusive but with rules like where u can eat or what to drink. Also leaving and coming in the hotel is terrible, they don't let the taxi in because they want you to use their own limo. Food options are available for extra only. From the first day u feel there is difference in treatment. Also there is a disco that is the worst place to be in sharm. Idk how this supposed to be best hotel in 2024. It's only the beach and pools are nice but that's it.

Advantages: Mostly everything was good, staff are nice and funny, transportation is available around the hotel, facilities are good too, many swimming pool options and a bar is available too on the pool, beach is super nice and beautiful. Disadvantages: rooms are pretty small and old, no hot water in the bath, AC is very old and for the first two days it wasn't working at all, there was no elevators in our building, we had to go 3 levels up walking, food is normal nothing special, sometimes taxi’s are not allowed inside, it depends on the security’s mood. I asked and paid for a room with sea and pool view but what i got was a room with a big tree view, I barely saw anything else. But everything else was good and nice, we enjoyed the stay and mostly the beach and pool area which are the most important thing for me in this trip. I recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the beach activities and only use the room for sleeping.

Just a heads up on this property .If you don’t speak fluent Italian or Russian don’t bother going .The property is huge ,but the directions to get around are only on apps ,very few of the staff speak English.The front desk were rude ,and really didn’t seem to care if we were taken care of .We didn’t have hot water for 3 days after repeated complaints they sent someone at 8 pm who said would have to come back the next day . Wry dissatisfied to say the least
