Wry nice place perfect view very clean pool the food is great .. the most important thing that the staff are very friendly and nice everyone we meet there are very polite.. start with the house keeping Moustafa and Mohamed from the security and from the kitchen Mr Abdo.. great trip we will be back again soon

I had a great relaxing time, I opted for breakfast and dinner catering and food was delicious, I tried every single option in the menu. Nice pool and lots chaises longues to lay down and relax. My next tme in Sharm I will stay at this hotel

Low budget hotel.

The food is of bad quality and dry. In the bar they don’t have any Coke Zero or Diet pepsi, so if you don’t want to drink sugar, this is the wrong place for you. The fridge in the room is not working. They changed it three times, and it’s still not working. The pool is nice, apart from that it’s a two star hotel for a budget. The location is good

There is no self laundry on site, there is a 130 stair walk to the beach, they dont change the sheets, mosquitoes get into your room everyday they go in to clean. The curtains are stained, the floors had hair all over in the corners. The pool was clean and nice. The staff is all male and as hard as they try they need a womens touch overall. And the beach is not a beach, sand never touches water, just rocks.

Excellent overlook view of Naama Bay

Exceptional value for money. We give this hotel top points based on the price paid. In addition, we added 'Half Board' for our meals to get dinner every night. Buffet breakfast included in booking price. With buffet dinner added, there was enough food to keep us happy. This hotel has an awesome chef who comes out to check that guests are content and he personally cooks by the pool on BBQ night. Amazing sunrises over the Bay with a nice breeze coming off of the ocean. Nice deck around pool. Lots of staff to look after our needs, pool and grounds.

You get what you pay for.

This is a structurally well laid out Hotel. With some TLC it could easily move from 2.5 Stars to 4 stars, it has great potential. The room I was in, was spacious, AC good, patio fine, but cleanliness let it down and the balcony doors would not lock. No sink plug in the bathroom (as pointed out several times), just waste gallons of water instead. Bar is a bit of a joke. Breakfast: I had to explain what a fried egg is, but lost it when trying to explain a boiled egg. But the staff are trying their best, and a little training would go a long way. The pool is good and water fine. Not sure about the all inclusive, as I was only half board. I had the impression, the owners were doing the bare minimum to rake the cash in. Not really the way to treat paying customers. Maybe some female staff who care, would help. Health and safety not too good, splashing water on marble causes a slip hazard and trip hazards abound. But I am not a fussy person and highlighted the above. I will also write an Email to the staff, who looked after me.

I booked to stay 7 days but moved out after two days there was no WiFi in the room and the tv had no channels in English like MBC 2 and only had 5 channels anyway…. the hotel was high up and to get into Naama bay u had to climb down approx 100 steps and the final five steps were lethal … not recommended

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool area. Good location up on a hill with a nice view and a bit more quiet than directly on the beach walk. The hotel has a great chef, I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Staff is very friendly and always helpful, especially the hotel manager. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel. Only downside is that the WiFi was almost nonexistent and there’s no WiFi at all on the rooms like advertised and WiFi in common areas is very bad. I had hope to work during my stay but that was not possible since the WiFi connection was so poor. Rooms could have been a bit more clean and beds very hard and not so comfortable but it was alright. Depends on how picky you are but rooms worked fine for me.

Although the room booked was supposed to have a balcony, I was given ground-floor room with direct access outside. The cleanliness of the room was poor, it was old and full of mosquitoes.I ended up with bites on my legs. In the secondary day I was given another room on an upper floor a bit better but the curtains were dirty, linen and towels grey colour. On a first room I found a long hair under the pillow looking like the linen is not being charged. I had nausea and vomiting for a day and a half and I cancelled my trip to White Island.

I stayed at Eden Rock Hotel and the view was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and lovely. They directed us where to go for shopping and food. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very close to Naama Bay where all the beach, food and shopping places are. I would definitely recommend this hotel and go back again to stay

Manager is arrogant and rude. Never smiling. Do not trust the pictures online. Room was dirty when we arrived. Food is bad. Service not friendly except for a few individuals. Room service cleaned the room ONLY twice. No AC in reception area, and no place to storage baggage while waiting to check-in/check out. Toilets smelled and we're dirty.

Otelde çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi. Konum olarak tepede, denizi karşıdan görüyor. Anlaşmalı plajı kalimera ve sadece merdivenleri kullanarak 3-4 dk sürüyor. Deniz mükemmel, temiz, çeşit çeşit balıkla yüzme keyfi büyük bir mutluluk. Plajda masaj ve bazı aktiviteler, turlar için tanıtım yapanlar var. Biz iki defa masaj aldık çok memnun kaldık. Otel temiz biraz eski fakat bu bizi rahatsız etmedi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederim, tatilimiz çok keyifli geçti.
