The hotel was old and dated. I booked a premium room based on the picture which showed an unobstructed full sea view. When I arrived and opened the door to my assigned room I saw a roof top with solar water heaters. I asked the manager to change my room, which he did, but I should have received the room that I paid for from the beginning. The food was average at best. The furniture in the room was old and dated. However, the dive shop was excellent. Great instructor and you could dive the reef right from the dock.

Chambre propre et spacieuse, ménage quotidien par une équipe gentille et au petit soin. Accueil chaleureux : Merci MAHMOUD !! Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil et attentionné. Ils se plient en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Ce n’est pas notre première en Égypte et pourtant….MERCI! Nous avons pris les excursions avec l’hôtel. Il est vrai que c’est un peu plus cher mais nous avons traité en VIP!! Je recommande. Quelques petits rafraîchissements au niveau du Spa et dans certains endroits de l’hôtel car c’est quand même un Marriott?! Et une amélioration au niveau des snacks et goûters. Il est également dommage d’avoir des extras à payer dans les restaurants sur réservation lorsqu’on est en All inclusive.

Grounds: wonderful and well maintained. However, pool tiles need to be cleaned because grout in some spots is dark. Not sure if it’s dirt or what, but I did see maintenance putting chemicals regularly. Food: We did AI option and selection was good. Lots of choices and great value. But service of getting drinks from the waitstaff was hit and miss. One day they would acknowledge you and bring drinks, the next time no and you would have to go and get drinks. Also, sometimes beer and other drinks was warm so that was disappointing. Rooms: all rooms face the sea which is awesome. Got to watch sun come up multiple times. Unfortunately, they need a major update, the bathrooms especially. Ours smelled musty and had mold in the corners by the shower. The hairdryer was from the last century. You had to continuously hold the button for it be on. After a few minutes, your finger hurts!! There are no amenities such as shower cap, body lotion, etc that you would typically get at any hotel. They only left you two towels each time they cleaned. There are no washcloths. We had a family suite and the door in main room did not open and kitchen had older appliances. Albeit we did not use the kitchen I would like to let others who might know. The refrigerator did not work. We put water in freezer which it did not freeze but it worked and we had cold water! The overall cleaning was ok. staff: helpful & friendly. Wish they had someone staffed for excursions instead of random guy at pool.

Our room cleaning was very good, however the staff in the dining area seemed very inconsistent and many looked stressed or bored not helping. Had one ask us to move tables twice to be at his table. Food was not good. I’m still sick in bed with running to restroom every time I try to eat or drink. Eggs for omelets left out too long unfridgerated. The stairs to get up to room was very difficult since I have a bad knee. I was in pain most of the time. A sea view room should be accommodating to handicapped individuals without this pain. Check in the band machine to run our cars would not function properly prolonging our check in process. We even called our bank and they assured us it was on their end so we finally got a manager to send a link to pay. Wasted 2 hours on our check in day with this AND an international call cost! We paid for all inclusive and the dining only in buffet was misleading. And terrible selection. Reused items obvious left from last service or day before. After paying this much and this service was very disappointing.

I liked the tranquility and security of the place, the beauty of the hotel's nature, and its design to match the beauty of the Red Sea waters, the coral reefs, and the colors of the fish، I did not like that there are no fish restaurants inside the hotel.

The resort was, overall, nice - clean, well maintained, with beautiful views of the Red Sea. The food options were varied and enjoyable, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently polite and professional. The spa, however, was underwhelming. While the setting was clean and the staff courteous, the quality of the treatments did not meet expectations. The massage felt more like a light rub down with minimal technique or real muscle work. I also had a manicure, and while it looked good initially, the polish began peeling the next day. To be fair, the spa services weren’t expensive (they weren’t cheap either), so expectations weren’t sky high. Even so, with some investment in training and better quality products, the spa could be a stronger part of the overall experience.

It was a nice hotel, good facilities and very spacious rooms. However, the rooms do feel quite dated and could do with an update. The resort is absolutely huge but they have golf carts available to drive if you’re feeling a little lazy, or in my case, wearing heels! My only complaint is the staff that come around to get you to buy spa/massage packages, I don’t mind being asked once but we got asked about 10 times by different people within the space of an hour… it’s a bit much to constantly make small talk when you just want to relax, they’re very persistent too and don’t really listen to being told no. Other than that, it was a nice little getaway for us.

We love this hotel our vacation was a dream come true The staff was so nice and very helpful starting from the reception to the restaurants to the house keeping and animation team Every detail was perfect We loved the yummy food and all the varieties The views from our rooms were just a dream come true! Absolutely incredible stay. The hotel is extremely comfortable. In the room the hot water and water pressure is amazing as well as the AC being super strong working very well. The room was sound proof and so quiet. The amenities are wonderful with 3 pools and tons of space for guests. The restaurant on property was very good, my friend and I enjoyed the buffet which came with our stay for breakfast, but then we even ate buffet some days for lunch and dinner and paid around $18 USD per person and it is very filling and delicious for all people. The options at buffet are many and very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly the manager went out of his way to help us everyday and made sure to take good care of us. The wait staff at the restaurant are always helpful and so kind. I recommend this resort to all travelers, some of the most hospitable people. The front desk even arranged for our room to be ready before check in, absolutely amazing.

Wonderful wonderful people, staff were going above and beyond. Names that I remember for front desk were 2 Mahmod, Abdulah, the nice guy who cleaned our room named Ahmed. One of the best spa services that I got was from facial treatment and she braided my hair too, her name was Hadeer. She was a beautiful nurse who works in beauty industry too. I received great massage from other lady too.

A Perfect Getaway at Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The resort itself is stunning, nestled between the Sinai Mountains and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Red Sea. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious international and local cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood at the Calamari Seafood Market Restaurant and the authentic Italian dishes at Ristorante La Casa Pizza & Pasta. The resort's amenities were top-notch. We spent our days lounging by the pristine pools, exploring the vibrant underwater world with the on-site diving center, and indulging in relaxing treatments at the Thai Spa. The evening entertainment was also a highlight, with lively shows that added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. What truly set this resort apart was the exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Special thanks to the front desk staff for their helpfulness and the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless.

Best holiday experience. Well mannered and polite staff, lots of food varieties, many pools, diving and snorkeling in the coral reefs right next to the resort, great evening entertainment, sunrise watching from balcony and sunset watching in the corridor. Endless memories to go with.

The staff are just amazing... Haytham and his team really is a breath of fresh air , they bring so much joy during our meals. The golf cart guys are also very joyful. We have remained. Very had a lovely stay.

This is a great place to stay in Sharm. Clean, well kept, courteous staff and nice amenities. There is not too much in the immediate area in terms of restaurants, shopping ect. It’s an all inclusive resort (which I opted out of) so there are places to eat and a small selection of stores on the location. If you want to go out and about you’ll need a taxi and most places are $15-20USD so it can get expensive. I got lick a couple times with some lower fares. If you’re looking for an all inclusive, this is a great spot. If you want to be closer to the action there are other great options in Sharm.

10/10 - has everything you could need!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful time. The room was clean with an amazing sea view. The staff were all very friendly. I honestly can’t fault anything. The buggy system that transports you around the resort was extremely convenient. Nice selection of food - I would definitely stay at this resort again when visiting Sharm El Sheikh.
