"After seeing good review, I booked this hotel but by mistake I booked 2 rooms for our family of three (husband, wife, kid). I requested both Hotel.com and Viaan management to kindly consider cancelling one reservation but they didn’t as it was under non refundable policy. Fair enough. They upgraded my room and added breakfast in lieu of the other room and we stayed in one room only.
