“I liked this hotel. It is quirky - an old haveli, rooms are all interesting and the landing areas between them have seating / meeting areas - cool and pleasant spaces. The room towels are a non-original shade of grey. Not dirty at all but not new I suppose. The dining area has a clear view of the lake and above it is more seating again with glorious views. The breakfast is comprehensive - some lovely pancakes - and the service there is excellent. ”

“Tucked just off old Main Street not easy to find and harder to stop taxi or Tuk Tuk near. Close to the main attractions. Set over 4 floors plus roof with views of old city, note no lift. Has some old character. Rooms a good size with bathroom attached are comfortable but a bit tired. WiFi only on ground floor and it’s not great. Can be noisy at night but it’s from nearby bars and Unfortunately you will hear everywhere in old town at night. Overall a good stay.”

“Our family of four spent three nights at the Hotel Aashiya Haveli! We loved it there. The location is great, in the heart of where you want to stay (Lal Ghat) and there’s a great view of the lake from the roof. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Overall, it was very mellow and pleasant. Sometimes it was a little hard to find staff but that was never a big issue.”

“Brilliant and detailed service: Parallels 5 star hotels! We were sick for 4 days in Udaipur but the Boheda Palace staff took very good care of us until we got well enough to leave the room. The hotel is slightly distanced from the fort, but still within pleasant walking range. Thanks!”

“The location of this hotel is amazing. All the touristy spots are within walking range. The hotel has beautiful view of Pichola lake. The breakfast on the rooftop was cherry on the cake. They serve amazing breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Aman who took really good care of us. ”

“Great location. Most sights within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel at home as soon as you walked through the door. Rajiv was exceptional in the level of service he offered. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and provided great views of the city and City Palace. The room is basic but has everything you need. There is a fair amount of noise in the area. Would highly recommend.”

“Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story.”
