“Staff on checking in were polite and dhowed us toom and facilities. Room was small , clean but personally it wasnt eorth the price we were charged. Booked breakfast but was informed it wasn't available until 8.30am and ee had to leave earlier than that do even thought id osud extra gor breakfast and fid inform thrn upon arrival, we werent offered reductions.”

“We were booked in for three nights visiting family. Spacious room and lovely modern bathroom. It overlooked the river but no view as such except a broken wall. Too many stairs to negotiate for us (86 and 93) which we weren’t informed about. Getting our luggage to and from the room was a struggle and there didn’t seem to be anyone to help. Awful old metal dressing table, bedside tables and clothes rack in the room. One chair had a loose leg. Only two wooden hangers and an old plastic one so not...

“It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night.”
