“Love this place so friendly and welcoming”

“Well located if you need to be near the university, and a decent price for a location with parking and breakfast included.”

“Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at front desk! Thank you”

“Really lovely hotel, great location and was surprised by the size of the room.”

“Clean hotel Good location”

“Good location and great value. Breakfast was good value. Powdered eggs not great as tasteless, but that was the only negative there. Cleaner knocked the door just after 8am on first morning to see if we needed our room cleaned which was annoying as this could have been done later after we had headed out. Toilet door lock was broken. Overall was fine and would recommend.”

“Beautiful hotel with long history located in the heart of the city. Very helpful staff. Very clean and environmentally friendly Breakfast was filling and delicious. Pizza was excellent too! Thanks to hotel staff Angus!”

“Nice clean room,”

“Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff.”

“NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...
