I would strongly recommend! Room was quiet and clean. The only aspect that was below average was the breakfast. No choice of bread, no bagels and not many choices of yogurt or jams.

If you trend away from Quality Inn, you’re not alone. This place has a lot going for it. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, super friendly staff on the night we arrived. Give it a try.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. It was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfy for a good night’s sleep. The front desk staff were also very friendly!

The staff were so friendly and polite. We travel often for basketball tournaments, and the gentleman who was maintaining the breakfast area deserves a shout out! He kept everything stocked and was constantly ensuring that all items were available. He was also very polite and friendly. He represented his employer well, and also set our morning off to a positive start!

I got a room upgrade to a king suite because the regular king had something go wrong with it. No complaints at all. Great stay. I Would stay again

I stayed here in October 2023. There was NO FOOD for breakfast next morning. How could something so important be mismanaged so badly? I came back last night because I thought that was an aberration. Skimpy breakfast this morning. When we came back to the lobby to check out, a man said there was no more bread and the man behind the desk said “sorry there ‘s no more.” Also we checked in late on Thursday and planned to eat in our room. But when I asked the man behind the desk for plastic utensils he said they were locked up for the night and inaccessible. Staff and rooms here are great, but food management is abysmal! John Carney

Very convenient, clean and quiet. We arrived early and I called the front desk regarding check in . she said my room was ready anytime, I arrived and was told it wasn’t I said I must have misunderstood, but somehow the room was miraculously ready. Just a moment of frustration. Will definitely stay here again

Unfortunately, lots of staining all over bathroom walls, trashcan were full from last resident. Walls were paper thin and could heat another guests dog baking the entire day and night. Next morning, no one was refilling breakfast options so half people didn't eat.

The hotel was old and rooms were small. Bathrooms are small and outdated. Mattress was not comfortable. The parking lot in back of hotel was not well lit-breakfast was minimal. Nothing wonderful about this property-just mid. You get what you pay for.

Extra clean hotel with great staff. Walking distance to everything you want and need. At least 20 restaurants, stores of all kinds, Groceries and more. Will stay here again when im around the area.

The beds in our room had old mattresses that needed to be replaced. We had a horrible night sleep. We were on the first floor and we heard a lot of noise all through the night. The staff was pleasant but the room was not the greatest. Full size beds which we would be ok with but mattress terrible. If we were larger people it would have been all bad.

Was in Harrisonburg visiting my son who attends JMU. This hotel was very close to the University, shopping, and dining. Will definitely stay here again.
