"Everything for our stay was wonderful but the “queen” beds in our room were more like double beds, or the smallest queen beds I’ve ever slept in. But that is really my only “complaint”. Great hotel, spacious room (we had a family suite with two “queens” and pull out sofa). The pool was great and my kids loved that it stayed open until midnight! The breakfast was more than adequate and we would definitely stay again. "

At check-in, I was left waiting for several minutes before anyone assisted me, which made the arrival process feel a bit disorganized. With a little more attentiveness and quicker response at the front desk, the guest experience would be much better."

"The HVAC was loud in the room and blew either super cold or hot. It's a neat hotel, that has charm, but not really worth the hype. The restaurant for dinner is super limited menu, nothing great on it either. "
