호텔도 서비스도 좋았습니다. 그러나 체크 아웃때에, 호텔닷컴에서 보내 준 바우처에는 모든 호텔비용이 지불되었다고 있지만, 완다호텔직원은 위안화 차액을 무조건 지불하라고 했습니다. 바우처에 보여주어도 해결이 되지 않았습니다. 이런 일은 매우 황당한 경험이겠지요. 호텔닷컴에서 이런 일이 재발되지 않도록 명확하게 일을 처리해 주시기 바랍니다.

Beautiful and Wonderful Stay
It's was an amazing stay. Staff speaks English, were friendly and greets you all the time, from the door to the reception desk, from the room attendants to Chinese Restaurant staff. The bell desk staff were very helpful too. Operators were courteous when they transferred calls to the room.

Decent hotel!
The room overall is decent. I stayed in the suite. It looked like it had been a little while the room had not been cleaned. But in general it was a fantastic stay.

I always stay here when in Shenyang. Great hotel, great location and the place is 5 star !!!!!
