I came for one night and extended my stay for a week. The owner and staff are incredibly kind. It's no frills.The location is spot on. (I don't have a vehicle) It's easy enough to access food , stores, and downtown. Accomodations are good. Well worth it. I'd return again. Checked all the boxes I needed while I passed through.

It was pet friendly. The air conditioning worked great. Very poor maintenance. No chair to sit on in the room. The faucet handle fell off when I turned on the water. No bath mat for the floor. It’s just really old and not been taken care of. Sketchy place. Very glad I had a big dog with me.

The room was clean, and check-in was easy. There was an air conditioner, and huge TV. My main criticism is in the poor upkeep of the property. The outside photos on Expedia were taken several years ago. There is a large empty algae filled fish tank in the office. The room had new furniture, but the walls were unfinished. The room was cheaper than the RV park we looked at. It helped us get on the road earlier the next day.

Don’t recommend

We stayed here previously and it was a very well kept family owned motel. However, This motel has become very run down. There are weeds all over the property and the pool is filled with dirt. They have redone some rooms with new bath fixtures and flooring. But the area did not feel safe or comfortable. We opted to find different hotel for our Sheridan stay.

Great for price

Pool out of order. Room needs some attention but they discounted it $30 from what hotels told me without me even asking because they said they were in the process of remodeling. So that was great. Room clean. Bed so so. Could use new pillows. Bathroom walls need cleaning. Close to everything. Quiet and safe.

The staff was really nice, check in was quick but when we got to our room their was an odor and I can’t tell you what it was but their was a residue and stains on the lamp shades, wall and pictures. When we told the gentleman he said he would clean but then offered us another room that still needed cleaned so we had to get to why we were in town. But we were so turned off from the first room we made other arrangements. So unfortunately can’t tell you what the second room was like.

This property was not anything like the pictures. I don't know if the owners just bought it? If they rent by the month? It was in poor repair. The pool was empty, the fountain was off. I can't even express how bad the room was. Flooring missing, bathroom was filthy, the ac although very cold had a bad smell. It was not secure, the door did not close all the way and there was definately not a good lock on the door. We did not feel safe so we left. It is next to a cute clean town park with a creek. I hope the owners can get it cleaned up, but for now I do not recommend your stay.

This is an old one story motel where you park in front of your room. It is not fancy but the room had a recent coat of paint and was very clean including the non carpeted floor, the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator and microwave worked great as did the air conditioner. Towels were all new and fluffy. It's next to a city park and a walking / biking trail that is a wide concrete path that follows a creek for 3 miles or so, very well maintained and safe. My room was generously sized having 2 beds with strong benches at the foot of each but no chairs whatsoever. Very large TV that worked great. Internet worked okay. Parking is okay but if you have a trailer maybe call ahead. The roadway past this motel is very busy during "drive time" so a little patience is in order when exiting the property. The traffic diminishes by sundown so not a bother at night. Staying here certainly helped out my travel budget and I would definitely stay here again.
