"Loved this place - and would probably come. again. My only issue is that check-out is at 10:00 am. I had friends staying there who were not checking out, so I was able to linger in their suite. I imagine that I could have eaten breakfast in the large sunny open lounge on the first floor - if this is available to guests after check-out I suggest making that clear at check-in or on the description. I totally understand that they need time to clean rooms and since all of the rooms are suites. I may come again as a "remote work" vacation spot."

"My favorite place to stay in Pittsfield. Only half mile walk to hospital, so I have stayed there when I had to go for surgery. Friendly and helpful staff. Off street parking. Nice decor. Restaurant in hotel is tasty but an expensive steakhouse, but only a short walk away from other places to eat right in downtown. Breakfast at Otto's is my recommendation."

"The hotel is right next to a busy highway, so even though I was on the other side from that highway, there was inevitably a fair amount of traffic noise. Not bad enough to keep me from sleeping, though. Complimentary breakfast was good. Good value."
