The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet. “元々アパート・マンションだったところをリノベーションしたようですが、まだまだ新しく清潔感があり，さらに機能的で価格的にも安くとても満足できました。 食事などはありませんが、近くにコンビニもありますし、お店もいくらでもあるので大丈夫です。 ただ，駐車場がないのは仕方ないものの、場所がやや遠い上に分かりにくいです。場所にたどり着かのは簡単でもどこ停めたら良いかがわからないのです。 それと，着いてから支払いを済ませてから案内するという方式でしたが、どうせなら予約時点で支払いも含めて終わらせておくともっと便利だと思います。 とはいえ，それ以外はとても良いホテルだと思います。また，機会があれば是非泊まりたいと思います。”

“Lovely hotel, with polite and helpful staff. Really useful to have a washing machine in the room. Beds were comfortable and the shower had warm water. ”

“It is located in the center of the city. Clean and friendly. Accommodation rates are reasonable. However, there are not many amenities or entertainment around. There is a separate fee for replacing towels, and bedding cannot be replaced during the accommodation period, so you should refer to this when staying for several days. Overall, it is satisfactory in this price range.”
