We had a great stay in x3 rooms. It wasn't clear from Hotels.com that these are small apartments rather than hotel rooms so that was a nice surprise. The rooms were clean and quiet, wish the water had been a bit hotter but no major complaints and we would stay again if in the area

I really appreciated that the property was within walking distance of Kyoto Station and several other subway entrances. The bus stop right outside the hotel made transportation even more convenient. It’s oooh Kay. If you need a bed or two then you’re good. If you a space to chop a tomato, an onion than not so good. If you want to take a shower then you’re good. If you need space in the bathroom to put your cosmetics than not so good. It’s a just fine space and I guess it depends on where you’re coming from and how you live. Great lil neighborhood. I was quietly disappointed and on day two my 15 year just came out a said I hate this place. Not lamps or end table for our stuff, not counter space. She booked it I of course paid. We are from Manhattan so say what you will. We didn’t get some sort of deal… It’s safe and clean enough. And it’s walking distance to the bullet train. Ta- Da
