"The property is located about 5 minutes from the train station. Is also situated near restaurants and stores. The Laundry room is a big help for long stays. Staff are not on the property from 10am to 3pm. You can call them by using the reception desk. It does not offer housekeeping, and you have to pay the city taxes separately from your booking. Overall the Hotel is a good place for the price and location."

"The hotel (common area and room ) was very clean and well maintained. The bakery/lobby area was very nicely appointed. The bakery items were delicious and the breakfast service great. The location was convenient for walking around as well as being able to easily get a taxi if needed. All the staff were very attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay in Kyoto very much."
