the inn was an amazing way to add a quiet authenticity to our visit to kyoto. so peaceful. the architecture and artifacts of the building’s history continued to amaze over our 4 night stay. Ms Tano’s breakfast was one of the best meals of our trip!

I can’t say enough about the house and our lovely host. Our room was a Japanese style one.. charming, spacious with a private garden. The breakfast was 10/10. Will come back for sure and tell our friends about the wonderful place.

It was a charming place in the regular neighborhood and we really enjoy the stay. Japanese breakfast every morning was nice and we also enjoyed wonderful bakery and coffee shop

WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME AT KYOTO, AND A GREAT DEAL HAD TO DO WITH OUR STAY AT TANOYA. THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL, YET SIMPLE. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THE WARMTH OF OUR HOSTESS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT HESITATION. BOOK YOUR STAY WITH THE WHOLE JAPANESE BREAKFAST, WHICH IS DELICIOUS. COMPLETELY WORTH IT!

我來京都旅遊三次，而「田屋旅館」是我目前內心排行第一名的旅館，從入口進來會通過一個竹子小徑，彷彿闖入世外桃源，田屋不管是白天還是晚上都非常安靜，對於非常怕吵的我來說，這裡真的是相當適合我，可以不受其他旅客的干擾，好好享受京都的寧靜。 另外，住宿含的早餐也非常好吃！！讓我實現了像日劇情節一般在家品嚐日式早餐的心願，真的很愜意、很享受。 老闆娘人也很好，儘管語言不是很通，但老闆娘都很有耐心的跟我講解疑問，房間也很漂亮、整理的非常乾淨。 附近也有超市、大創、UNIQLO、便利商店，很好逛～而且步行一小段路就可以搭乘50號巴士去玩。 總之，在這裡我找不到可以挑惕的地方，有機會我一定會再來玩！！
