"The room was super clean, had a slight odd smell, no fan in the bathroom for ventilation but overall I had a good experience. One con being that I booked a non refundable room and when I got there it was a surprise to see they need a $175 hold on your card for your stay when it wasn’t disclosed while booking online."

The internet kept disconnecting me while I was trying to study and submit assignments. The staff was pleasant. I would probably offer more amenities and consider investing in a pool! Grounds were clean and kept up. Room service was prompt with my request. I would probably consider upgrading the beds, pillows, and TVs - I was stuck watching whatever was on cable because I could not log in to my streaming accounts."
