"Simply an amazing stay at this hotel! Beautiful and definitely an upper class experience. Not sure why only 3 stars, I would rate this as 5. Clean, conveniently located next to a train station and other restaurants and shops. The shower was amazing! The shower pressure was perfect after a full day of walking. They could use a few more hanging options for towels to dry, but otherwise was a perfect stay. We had two rooms, one for us parents and one for our teenagers, 15 and 16. This provided more than enough space for us. We used the laundry facilities and bath house. Food on sight, lower level. Would definitely stay here again!"

"love the clean rooms, the suto flush toilets in the room. the shower gel and shampoo smells AMAZING. the around the clock service of free drinks, icecream in the evenings and yakult in the mornings are something me and my family look forward too. these little treats really do matters! onsen was a good experience for a first timer, lots of tourists there, but you can always try to go onsen at off peak hours. laundry room was a plenty so we had no issues washing and drying. bathtub in our room was awesome as well. late night ramen was a comforting welcome. I miss onyado already. Staffs were professional and helpful!"
