"窓からは海が見渡せるので景色がとても綺麗。寒い時期だったので入ってすぐあったかいのは嬉しかった。ドラム式洗濯機があるので洗濯乾燥にも困らなかった。布団も2段ベットや敷布団もあり人数がいても十分足りる。小学生以上のファミリーや大人向けな印象。基本的なアメニティは揃っていて不便さはなかったがスティックタイプのコーヒー等が置いてあると嬉しかった。高台にあるので車で行くと、駐車するのに急勾配な坂を登るので慣れていないとちょっとドキドキしてしまうかも。また、階段に手すりがなく、2階も吹き抜けというか壁が柵になっていて小さい子どもだと危険がたくさんあった。何度も落ちないか不安な場面があったので、小さい子どもがいると目が離せずホっと息を抜ける瞬間が少なかったのが残念。車で2分のところにセイコーマートがあるので、朝ごはんの買い出しなどには困らないかな。チェックインやチェックアウトのやりとりも困らず、難しいことはなかった。"

We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. What I liked: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine (no dryer) in the room was very convenient for a longer stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. What could be better: We stay for 18 nights, Housekeeping only provided free of charge once every 7 days. That’s the biggest challenge for us. We have no idea where to put our trash, we tried to put it in hallway at the morning though the housekeeping would collect it, but ended up stayed there for 2 days. We were told to hand the trash in to the reception. Another thing, there was no safe box in the room to put our valuable belongings. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"Right across the street from Sapporo station. Excellent location to other attractions in the area. You don’t even have to leave the hotel as there is train station access from the basement floor. Walking distance within areas in downtown Sapporo (Odori, Susukino). Clean and quiet hotel and room. Staff are friendly. Easy check-in process, quick check-out as well. I did not opt for breakfast, but it seemed quite good (local cafe does the hotel breakfast buffet) — will consider choosing the breakfast option if I’m in Sapporo/Hokkaido again. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast was disappointing. It never changed during the two one week stays we had at the Keio. Main weakness was on the western side--oddly textured scrambled eggs and a lack of bread varieties. On the Japanese side, ingredient quality was high, but soup stock for Ramen did not taste good and the sushi station was repetitive. Overall, it's a little of this and that, but nothing stands out."

"4박 5일 동안 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 매일 청소 서비스가 없어서 아쉬웠지만, 호텔내 직원들 모두 상냥하고 잘 응대 해주셔서 아주 잘 쉬었습니다. 특히 오도리공원이 바로 앞이고, 스스키노도 바로 근처라 위치도 좋았고, 14층 대욕탕 또한 아주 좋았습니다. 감사합니다."
