“Disappointing Stay After Ten Years of Loyalty I have stayed at Hollins Hall every time I visit West Yorkshire for the past ten years and have always looked forward to returning. Sadly, my recent stay two weeks ago was extremely disappointing. The breakfast was appalling. The hash browns looked ancient, the baked beans tasted straight from a can, and much of the food appeared reheated rather than freshly prepared. The bread was poor quality and the choice was limited. Breakfast has always been...

“The location and room layout were absolutely excellent. We also loved the lounge / kitchen area downstairs. There were just a few things that need a bit of work. For example there was no coffee machine or even cafetiere coffee. Also the washing washing didn't work properly - and supplies of things like toilet tissue were stingy. But overall it was a great place!”

“What a gorgeous property. Peaceful view of the sheep pasture, perfect linens, clean, luxurious and great leisure area with pool table and darts. ”

“100년 넘은 호텔인 것을 감안하고서도 객실이 너무 낡았습니다. 화장실은 우리나라 모텔 정도입니다. 심지어 변기 물도 제대로 안나왔지만 방을 바꾸기 귀찮아서 로비 화장실을 이용했어요. 방은 춥고 바깥 소음이 그대로 들어옵니다. 과거에는 정말 훌륭한 호텔이었을 것 같아요. 대대적인 리노베이션이 시급해보입니다. ”

“Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.”
