“Very clean, comfortable, high level of service, same level as 5 star hotel”

“The hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Can’t fault our stay at all,...

“We had a wonderful stay at Anne's House recently. The house is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and homely, and Michael and Olivia were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were definitely not left wanting for anything. The house is in a quiet and attractive street, a short walk from the railway station and town centre, so everything was in easy reach. All in all, I could not recommend Anne's House highly enough, and we wouldn't think twice about staying here...

“The hotel was in a great location, very close to the station and within easy walking distance to both the seaside and the city center. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the shower room was clean. There was a slight smell in the room at first, but it wasn’t a big issue and I got used to it. The kettle could have been a bit cleaner, so I didn’t use it, but overall the room was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.”
