"Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is is pretty new clean and very close to the station. Did not use the onsen but looks very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Short 10 minute walak to the main area with loads of restaurants and shops."

"Loved the more Japanese-style in the hotel and room. Walking around barefoot and in the jinbei was a lovely experience in itself. The room was sufficient and clean and came with helpful baskets to bring your towels to the onsen. It also had a hair dryer which is not mentioned on the room amenities on here. The onsen was fantastic with the three pools and sauna. It was a very relaxing time and I appreciated the late-night hours."

"The staff were very kind & the hotel was very clean. The dinner I got served with my stay was amazing! The private bath house was also very nice. A lot of amenities provided. Free tea, ramen, etc. Be aware that the hotel is a far (about 30 minute) walk from the bus station and about 40 from the village. There are shuttle busses that will take you there, but they are small & only run at certain times. Plan ahead accordingly (I did not, which was my own fault.)"
