"Beautiful hotel, one of many perhaps in Hida Takayama. The Onsen was great, the food and rooms too, and the hotel is very conveniently located. Very modern and new, clean and functional - really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended."

"This is a beautiful place near Shirakawa-go village, in a stunning location, and with excellent services, food, staff and amenities. Yakutas and samues are provided on arrival, shoes are off the whole time, the onsen is relaxing and beautiful and the meals are kaizeki style - delicious and beautiful. I only stayed one night, I wish we could have stayed two nights there - we will have to come back. Loved it."

"Spacious room with a kitchen, perfect for day trips!Booked the Standard Twin Room and it was incredibly spacious. The kitchen and hot plate were perfect for cooking supermarket Hida beef, which is much cheaper than restaurants (though the smell does linger!). The location is super near the bus terminal, making it great for day trips like Kamikochi to escape the summer heat. The only downside is no lift to the second floor, but the concierge will gladly help carry your luggage up if you ring the bell. Highly recommend!"
