"Spacious. Clean. Walking distance to gardens and city. Quiet except for hospital helicopter."

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was fine. My only complaint was the broken towel rail in the bathroom. Not ideal to not be able to hang our towels and the pieces of the rail that were left on the door were dangerous. I didn't get the chance to advise of this when we checked out so I can only hope their cleaner's have brought it to management's attention."

"Clean spacious room, very comfortable bed & modern bathroom. Even though our room was at the front of the property near road, it was quiet enough. Plenty of free parking. There’s no lift, so ask for ground floor room if you can’t do stairs to 2nd level easily. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants nearby, as they don’t have their onsite restaurant open for breakfast Sun or Mon & no dinner Sat/Sun night. This was our 2nd visit as we like the quieter location but still close to city centre & parks."

"Spacious, very clean. Enjoyed the keyless entry and being able to check in and out online. Plenty of parking. Close to the City Centre and gardens. Would stay again!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and quiet, the room was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were in the area around 1 pm and they kindly let us check in early, which was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay here again!"
