“Renee was super welcoming, via telephone and in person. I called to make sure of facilities when I was still on holiday and was handled with a welcoming tone, appropriately and amazingly assured me of my purchase. “Great location and spacious room. The only comment we have is that it would have been good to have a car space outside our room, to assist with unloading the car. The motel was not busy, so not sure why this wasn't automatically allocated to us?”
