Montville Mountain Inn

"This is a great location on the Main Street, perfect for parking your car and then walking everywhere! We loved finding the nearby bakery, chocolate shop, waffle shop, Edge Cafe, and more! Lovely town -- just know that it gets quiet about 4:30pm when most shops close. So, we did sleep well, and our room was spacious. Amenities like coffee, dishes, and a mini refrigerator were very nice."

"Overall, I had a good stay. The environment was nice, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the limited table space, as there was only a small round table and a bedside table, so I had to put some of my belongings on the floor. That said, it’s understandable given that the room wasn’t very spacious. The bathroom tap was also a little difficult to use, and the tap in the room made a loud noise when the hot water was turned on. I could also hear the water running whenever the neighbouring room used their tap."

"Great and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, fittings as expected for an over 100 year old pub. Strange there was no breakfast options available, noisy refrigeration units on top of cold room near our room meant sleeping with ear plugs in, a sink in the bathroom would be good, otherwise a most enjoyable stay."

"It’s nice to not have reception and just spend time together, we’ve always loved montville, Kondalilla is beautiful and the food at the restaurant is pricy but so worth it!!!"

"Clean comfortable and quiet. Bloody excellent! The welcoming from Sarah was exceptional and a full brief of amenities plus tips on the local area and restaurants really made for a wonderful stay. The only off was the amount of green debris covering all vehicles from the night’s storm/ wind. Would I return. Yup. You betcha."
