“The Expedia listing for the hotel showed a Spa and Pool. On arrival at hotel however the entire Ground Floor, Spa and Pool were torn apart for renovations. Access to the rooms was through a small side door, not well marked. If I had know amenities were closed I would have booked a different hotel. Should have gotten a discount for the room considering.”

“4박 5일 머물면서 편안하고, 쾌적했습니다. 호텔 앞은 멋진 거리가 있고, 아침식사가 음식 가지수는 적어도 만족스러웠습니다. 주말에 약간의 거리 소음이 있지만 잠을 자는데 어려움은 없었습니다,”

“It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!”

“Ich habe für meine Familie gebucht, vom anfang an hat sich meine Familie unwohl gefühlt, die debatte wegen frühstück usw, Das Personal war desinteressiert und nicht hilfsbereit, die Lage abgelegen, so dass, Meine Familie hat dem Hotel sofort verlassen, abwhl alles bezahlt war, uns Sie sind davon gegangen, dass personal extra sich so benimmt, das die leute abgeschreckt fühlen und weg gehen… So Schade ☹️ ”

“Amazing hotel, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent. Pool is nice. Everything is perfect to relax on vacation. Would definitely recommend.”
