"Desayuno excelente, y la que limpió el cuarto adorable, PERO en el spa estaba cayendo del techo una cascada de agua, el vapor no sacaba vapor, el sauna no calentaba casi nada, la mitad de los botones de la alberca de agua no funcionan, el elevador no jalaba la llave a nuestro piso.. le hace falta muchisimo mantenimiento a TODO"

"Very affordable , as well as border line dump . The room spelt like seer bevy’s of the sink not having proper venting system you here whe someone uses water in other rooms. Hair behind the both room door and dated warn out floors and wall finishes. Place is centrally located but needs a lot of preventative maintenance. "

"The service is excellent. Lorena the manager is wonderful. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious. The hotel is a five star hotel that I love to stay at when I visit Monterrey."

"Would love to start by saying that the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and fhat the remodel they did to the ground floor lobby turned out great, it really looks amazing. Having said that, not one dollar went into the bedrooms, and it shows. Unfortunately, the bedroom had a nasty rat-excrement-like smell when we turned on the AC (which was off as soon as we entered the room at 8pm check-in). That was an awful start of our stay. The black out curtains were really dusty, the underside of the bed was full of dust and hair, the floor felt sticky, overall cleanliness couldve been improved. The bathroom was ok, although the SC vent was very dusty. Overall, I wish I had made a different choice of stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. "
