"I had a pleasant stay at Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Norcross. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for my travel needs. Check-out was simple and efficient. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again when visiting the Norcross area"

"STAY AWAY! The Common Areas in the buildings are Filthy! This Hotel struck me as more of a Section 8 Low Income Housing Project or Halfway House. They must have a Contract with the County. But they should not lease these rooms to the Unsuspecting General Public as a Hotel! But here is The Most Disgusting part of my stay! I was in town due to a death in my family. I came to help clear out the Apartment of my deceased family member, and we were working against a very tight time-line. As such, for the first days of my stay, I had made a pallet with some Extra Sheets, and slept on the Couch, due to my being physically exhausted each evening when I got back to the room. On my last night, knowing that I had a long drive back to my home State, I showered and put on my pajamas, pulled the covers from the bed, and sat down on it and began to set the Alarm on my phone. While doing this, I felt something damp where I was seated. I immediately stood up, pulled back the bottom sheet, and although there was some type of thin mattress covering on the bed, I could see what looked like stains, and I was hit with the God Awful stench of Urine! This was Utterly Disgusting! I washed up, changed my clothes, and slept on the Couch once again. That morning, I asked to speak with the Manager. The young lady at the Front Desk advised me that the Manager was Milton, but that he was not in. I explained what happened, and asked her to have him call me! IT HAS BEEN A WEEK, AND HE HAS NOT CALLED!"

"The front of the building is very close to the road, if you want to sleep at night request the back of the building. The rooms were cleaned but not really clean. Several items in the room and around the property needed attention to get better than an average rating."
