Studio 6 on Greenwood

Initially we were given a handicap accessible room with a bathtub. The room was not cleaned the shower was dirty with hair on the wall and the tub stopped up. AC was weak and it was hot in the room. Management was good about it and gave us a shower accessible room much better cleanliness, AC was blowing cold very good. We picked this place because it was close to Cargill Park 7 mins closer than the Motel 6 we normally go to.

The room was decent for the price. My only complaint was about the cleanliness. There was hair in the tub, dirty mirror, crust under the tv ( wich i had to move a little to see it at an angle. You get a full size fridge wich was really nice to have but it was dirty, the was hairs and crumbs and idk what else, it was just not clean. But office staff is really nice and AC works perfect

Very poorly maintained. One panel of the double panel windows was broken. AC/heater didn't work. Walls were dented and dirty. Tried to charge me $20 for pets when their info on Expedia said pet-friendly, nothing about fees for pets. Altogether a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Disgusting. Dirty hand marks on all doors. Toilet not clean. Black on tub caulk. Yuch! Staff at counter was either confused or trying to scam. I had a specific reservation and they attempted to get me to change bed types and go upstairs. Strange man in chair sitting outside on the walk holding a beer most of the evening and next morning.

They gave us rooms that were not clean twice I mean literally had garbage in the rooms and when brought to there attention we simply were told The housekeeper was sick would we like to come down and get towels. Ummmm no we would like a refund. Do not recommend staying here it is filthy, terrible management, and infested.

Found apparent mold in the room. Someone had scratched the word “nasty” into the bathroom grime. Parking lot was filled with suspicious people that made me feel uncomfortable staying there.

This place is a joke, the room didn't even have light bulbs or lamp shades! The trash was overflowing on America 250 holiday and the bedding was awful! The cherry on the cake was blood on the bath area with no working light switch! No tissue paper or decent updated tv! Could not get a refund for crap! They know this is Not Veteran Approved!
