This was by far my worst experience with the IHG brand. Arrived at 6pm and waited 15 minutes on someone to show up to check myself and the older ladies in front of me in. Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport
We did not receive any room cleaning, had to request for clean towels all day Saturday. Checked in on Thursday, checked out Sunday, elevated prices for Conference that weekend. Never again!!
