โIt was great having a bistro in the hotel. The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. Aaron in the bistro was very attentive to our needs. The other bistro assistant (don't know her name) was also great at taking care of the diners needs.โ

โThe property was quite dated. When we booked, we didn't realize that the property was managed by Vacasa. They communicated through email. The instructions were sufficient, but it would have been nice to interact with a real person. The location was convenient, but the property was not very nice.โ

โThe Austria House is a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. It is conveniently located in the heart of Vail Village, close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back for a return visit. โ
โIt is so fun to stay at a place that feels โold schoolโ in the best ways but with modern amenities. Each room is different. The hotel is quaint and about as close to visiting Austria as you can while sitting in Colorado. โ
