“NO RESERVEN!!!! NO HUBO COMUNICACION POR PARTE DE ELLOS, NUNCA ENTREGARON LA CLAVE PARA ENTRAR. CUANDO LLEGAMOS NO ERA LA DIRECCIÓN Y NO CONTESTARON EL TELÉFONO. NOS DEJARON SIN HOTEL A LA 1AM. ES UNA ESTAFA!!!!”

“We enjoyed our seven day stay. It is close to the train, restaurants and shops. All staff was very helpful and the place is clean. The WIFI is very good. There is no elevator but reception quickly found us someone to help us with our luggage for a reasonable fee. I think he was a nearby cab driver. There is a mini room kitchen with dishes and a common room kitchen.”
