“This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Palermo. Great area (2 mins from Teatro Massimo), great places to eat locally and easy to walk to the rest of the city. Hot showers, comfortable beds, quiet side street so there is minimal noise (we stayed for New Year and there was a huge concert 5 mins walk away and we cold not hear it!). Bus stop for airport shuttle bus is 10 min walk away (goes every 30 mins). Hosts were brilliant and even suggested places to eat and visit. Very clean...
