“Room comfortable and clean. Parking is an issue as the street is crowded but we managed to find a place each evening. We did not take breakfast as the time offered was quite short (8:30 - 9:30). Instead we opted for a short walk into the historic town for coffee and pastry at one of the many cafes. Restaurant recommendations by the hotel were spot on. ”

“Il Greta Rooms è un piacevolissimo albergo arredato con ottimo gusto, molto confortevole, silenzioso ed estremamente funzionale. Il personale è molto professionale, cordiale e disponibile. Stanza di buona metratura con letto comodo, terrazzo ed ampia sala da bagno. Ottimo il segnale wi-fi.”

“라구사 구도시 초입에 있는, 아주 깔끔하고 분위기 있는 호텔입니다. 찾기 쉽고 구시가지 접근하기도 쉽고, 구시가지 전체의 그림같은 풍광을 볼 수 있는 뷰포인트를 찾아가기도 쉬운 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 스탭들도 친절하고, 아침 식사도 깔끔하니 먹을만 합니다(메뉴가 거창하지는 않음. 주문한 카푸치노 커피가 맛있었습니다.). 차량을 가지고 가시는 경우에도 사전에 호텔과 연락하면 주차 바우치를 받아 거주자 주차구역에 무료로 주차할 수 있습니다. 개인적으로는 아주 마음에 들었습니다. ”

“Beautiful and comfortable staying at Serena Palace! Room and bathroom with all amenities, soundproof windows, and a very comfortable bed. Easy check-in and prompt responses from the owner. Great location right next to the old city, kasba, lots of restaurants, and interesting art!”

“Un po' scomoda da raggiungere ”

“The apartment was located in a convenient location, within walking distance to the main dining/shopping street and had easy parking (no on-site parking!). It did require a steep stair climb to reach the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious, with a nice balcony and a shared roof patio. The amenities of the room were decent, and we were offered water, juice, and snack. The host was easy to reach and offered clear directions.”

“Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Leider hatte unser Zimmer im Schlafzimmer kein richtiges Fenster - nur eines, was in einen dunklen Innenschacht geht. Das liegt daran, dass die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Gasse sehr nahe der Altstadt liegt. Für eine Nacht war es für uns jedoch kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war überwiegend sauber (ein paar fremde Haare im Bad) und die Minibar netterweise gefüllt, ebenso Kaffee-, Tee- und Kekse vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war...

“Anfang Mai war es noch sehr leer. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei speziellen Wünschen. Der Pool und der Blick sind phantastisch. Die Sauberkeit ist mittelmäßig, Terrassenmöbel teils beschädigt. Roomservice gab es nicht während unserer 5 Tage Aufenthalt. Dafür war das Früstück absolut spitze und vielseitig, ist aber nicht im Prei drin.”
