"I stayed there for 5 nights in July the high season . The place was booked solid. They gave me a room overlooking the parking lot of the Hotel. When I asked to change the room they emphatically refused. I told for what I was paying which is higher than any other hotel in top seaside destinations I expected a better view than a parking lot! At least a garden , a pool or a partial sea view. The next day they said a room was available at an upgrade fee of $150. So please make sure when booking you are not booking the Marassi view. A very misleading name. Also their breakfast was average at best and ends at 10:30 for a vacation spot that is two early. But the rooms were clean and staff were helpful except for the room change issue."

"We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. There were three of us staying, the hotel provided an extra bed to accommodate us comfortably. A special thanks to Redwan, who cleaned and prepared our room with great care and attention to detail. While the hotel doesn’t offer a huge range of amenities, the pool is a decent size, and the beach access is a definite plus. Overall, a pleasant stay in a convenient location."

"Fantastic Brand New Hotel, so amazing and wonderful, absolutely nothing wrong! The only note was the breakfast buffet needed some improvement, we understand that it was a soft opening and end of season, when we notified the staff, the chef showed up with freshly baked pie! All was wonderful!!"
