전반적으로 다른 호텔들에 비해 최근에 지어져 비교적 깨끗하여 가족여행시 마다 매번 방문하는 호텔입니다. 제가 숙박했던 패밀리룸의 경우 두 객실을 연결해놓은 형태기 때문에 출입구가 2개라서 많이 편했습니다. 일행 중 개인이 호텔 스파에 다녀오거나 개인용무를 보고올 때 양쪽 문 출입이 가능하여 용이하게 사용가능합니다. 조식은 전반적으로 아침에 먹기에 부담스럽지 않은 메뉴들로 구성되어있으며, 국수는 3가지 종류의 면/고기(돼지고기 닭고기 선택) 으로 기호에 맞게 주문이 가능합니다. 다른 호텔들의 경우 다양한 면들이 항상 구비되어있지만, 제가 방문했던 시기가 비성수기라서 그런지 일부 일정에는 한가지 종류의 면만 선택가능했습니다. 가족 혹은 친구 방문시 정말 추천하는 호텔입니다.

시엠립 강 건너라서 펍스트릿이나 중심가로 가기 조금 멀긴 하지만 걸어서 10분정도 거리이고 그 덕분에 조용하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 직원들 서비스도 좋았고 조식도 좋았습니다. 욕실에 물 때가 조금 껴있지만 전반적으로 양호 했습니다

공항 픽업 서비스를 신경써주세요!
처음 무료 공항 픽업 서비스를 신청했었는데, 오지 않아서 상당히 화가 났었습니다. 확인 메일까지 보냈었는데, 비행기가 11시에 시엠립에 도착했는데 거의 2시간 가량 공항에서 기다려야했고 결국 택시를 타고 호텔로 가서 택시비를 청구했습니다. 픽업서비스를 이용하실 때는 확실히 확인을 받고 이용하시는 것을 추천드립니다. (제 생각엔 밤시간대에 직원분들이 상대적으로 교육을 잘 받지 못했다고 생각합니다.) 하지만 조식이 아주 맛있었고, 객실도 깨끗했으며 낮시간대에 만난 직원분들은 모두 친절해서 만족하고 이용했습니다. 위치는 시내와 아주 가깝지는 않지만 펍스트리트에서 2달러정도의 툭툭이로 이동가능해서 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다.

가성비 훌륭함.
중심지와는 조금 떨어져 있어서 한적했지만 식사 및 관광(나이트 마켓 등)을 위해서 툭툭을 항상 이용해야 하는 점이 힘들었어요. 옆에 악어 농장(?)...사육하는 곳이 있어서 볼거리(?)가 있지만 비릿한 냄새가 났어요. 지역 특성상 벌레(곱등이 등)가 무척 많아서 조금 힘들었어요. 그래도 직원들이 정말 친절했고, 아침 조식은 강추합니다! 호텔 레스토랑에서의 저녁식사도 참 좋았어요! 가격대비 정말 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다!!!

직원들이 친절하고 편하게 보냈습니다. 처음에 공항픽업 신청했는데 나오지 않아서 짜증이 났지만 그 대신 무료로 체크아웃시간을 늦춰줘서 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다만 저녁에 문앞에 귀뚜라미들이 많이 달라붙어있는데 동네 특성상 그런것이라고 생각됩니다~

휴식과 미소가 있는 담레이
현대적인 인테리어와 깔끔한 침구 그리고 맛있는 조식이 잘 준비되어 있는 담레이 호텔은 여행 내내 휴식과 미소를 주었다. 2층에 있는 수영장은 늘 깨끗하게 청소가 되어있어 사용하기 좋았었고 맛사지 샵은 충분한 휴식을 제공하였으며직원들은 항상 미소띈 얼굴로 필요한 것들을 채워주었으며 무엇보다 올드마켓과 가까운 거리에 위치하여 쇼핑하기도 편리하였다.

팝스트리트에서는 조금 떨어져 있지만,툭툭으로 10분 내에 도착하고, 직원들의 서비스도 굉장히 좋았습니다. 무엇보다..조식 퀄리티가 너무 좋아서..매일 아침 든든히 먹었네요~ 아침밥이 그리워질 정도에요.

생각보다 괜찮습니다.
번화거리랑은 생각보다 멀지만 그래도 그주변에 있는 호텔보다 조용하고 시설이 깔끔해서 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 호텔앞 조경도 다른 호텔에 비해서 이쁘고 가격대비 너무 괜찮습니다. 웰컴 과일도 늦게 체크인 했는데 위생상 다 정리해서 랩으로 패킹해줘있어서 배고픈 늦은 저녁시간에 상당히 좋았던 기억이 있습니다. 또한 다른호텔에 비해 직원들이 팁을 바라지 않는 태도에 더 팁을 주고 싶은 마음이 생겼습니다. 전체적으로 거리만 빼면 좋습니다.

Primero tengo que decir que le doy un 10 a todos los trabajadores del hotel, han sido todos maravillosos. Pero tambien tengo que decir cosas que no son tan buenas, me explico. Antes de reservar el hotel mire las criticas y ahora me acuerdo de un par de ellas, las cuales decian la verdad. Las fotos de la habitacion estan realizadas de tal manera que parecen mejor de lo que son, este hotel es nuevo, pero cuando entras en la habitacion te das cuenta que las calidades no son buenas...nosotros no nos sentimos a gusto, mas bien parecia una habitacion de tres estrellas, remates malos...y aun encima calefactor en la ducha....en resumen no nos volveriamos ospedar. Pero vuelvo recordar, todo los trabajadores de 10, pero las habitaciones no cumplne las expectativas.

Overall a good stay!
Wonderful stay. The employees were extremely nice. The morning breakfast was good and there are plenty of options. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. The hotel wasn’t too far from the market and there were plenty of places to eat that are walking distance. The only real issue was the insects that surrounding the hotel. We had one craw into our room one night and we weren’t able to get it out. Overall it was a great stay.

Very Good
I fully satisfied at the hotel service during stayed 5 days, and all the staffs were friendly and very helpful. Especially I thank Kevin's warm welcoming for our couple. Regarding Breakfast, was not many items but taste very good, hotel location was good and was able to use easy Tuk-tuk at the front of the hotel if you need to move other place. The size of room was big enough and you will satisfy Spa service in Hotel. Also if have enough travel time, I propose you to use Hotel's pool.

We stayed 5 nights in Damrei Angkor hotel. I booked it very early so the price is very unbeatable! Breakfast is very good, they change some meals everyday. I think the best one is the attitude of all staffs, always can’t wait to open door and welcome you with a big smile! It’s definitely worth to book Damrei for my stays in Angkor.

Nice clean and modern hotel with a beautiful pool
The hotel is very modern,clean and very comfortable. The location from the " Pub Street" is quite far. It took about 25min walk.

We loved this hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel is well located and has a nice pool. The room are nice and clean. My only criticism is that the beds are too firm but otherwise this is a great place to stay

The entire Staff including those at the front desk. EVERYONE was very cordial, honest and sincerely cared about my stay and we'll being. At the time of my stay, I had already been traveling throughout SE Asia and this was my most pleasant stay. I have and will continue to to recommend this Hotel!

This is an amazing hotel located just across the river from the center of Siem Reap so it has the advantage of being quiet and serene while still being close to most everything. The entrance to the hotel is through pools with lotus flowers and a replica of Angkor Wat into a lovely reception area where I was greeted with a welcome cool towel and drink. My room was beautiful, overlooking an infinity salt-water pool with lounge chairs, umbrella, and a bar with food service. The breakfast (included) was amazing buffet with Asian dishes, fruits and cereals, and a “noodle” and egg station where they made fresh orders. Incredible croissants! The staff was so helpful and gracious, and took good care of me when I had some special needs.

Excellent hotel located in a quiet area, a short walk (or tuk-tuk) ride from the city center. I spent three nights in this hotel in July 2018. My room was very spacious and modern, yet comfortable, with a good size balcony and good view. I didn't have time to take advantage of it, but the pool also looked great. The hotel staff was amazing - they truly catered to all of my needs. They helped me arrange my visits to the temples in the morning and made reservations for me at night, provided free tuk-tuks anywhere in central Siem Reap, and were overall very personable. I had a great time staying at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Excellent service and amenities
Our stay at the Damrei Angkor Hotel was most pleasant and enjoyable. The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpfful. Our room was spacoius and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is in a relatuvely quiet area andf is very accessible to shops and restaurants. Hghly commendable.
