The service is poor, careless customer. I would like to complain of that hotel even we just take 1 photo shoot wearing wedding dress and they ask us to pay 200$ because of the hotel policy.

Although the service was very good but the room and the overall hotel is kind of old. The bathroom has a lot of mold and stings. The air-condition has an old smell when every time to turn on. I don't think I can go back to this hotel.
The rooms don't have sound prove and very noisy everywhere. Also has a lot of big group tour staying such as from China & S. Korea.

Gorgeous and relaxing resort
It had been nearly 10 years since I visited Siem Reap so I was pleasantly surprised to see this well run resort hotel. Grand Sokhalay is huge but it' well staffed and kept in great condition. Our room was in tip top shape, the outdoor pools were beautiful and clean, and the crew were prompt and polite with our requests.
I'll definitely return to this resort when I visit Siem Reap again.
