This is a super spot in Siem Reap. The 2BR suite we had was huge and really well appointed. The pool and pool bar were great. Staff are awesome. Breakfast was really good with very good choices in Western, Asian and fresh fruit.

Staff service here was fantastic, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here again. Only thing is it's not very central location but only a 5 min drive to the popular areas.

The staff were fantastic, helpful and very personable. The facilities were beautiful, including pool, restaurant, spa and room. Smaller property made for a relaxing stay. Used their airport pick up and drop off and temple tours with air-conditioned car and English speaking guide which were worth the convenience and learned alot from guide. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lovely, highly recommend

Excellent resort. Feels like a five star hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Only suggestion would be for staff to be mindful of not underscoring when a person is travelling solo in interactions. It doesn’t translate well in some cultures and can make the person feel awkward.

Excellent staff and hotel with spa

Excellent stay. Warm Cambodian welcome with a much needed refreshing towel and cool drink. Couldn’t ask for more from the staff or the accommodation as a whole. Slightly away from downtown but an offer of a free Tuk tuk ride in the evening was a nice touch. Used the spa, booked the traditional Khmer massage. It was wonderful, 50% off at our time of booking too.

Ein kleines Paradies – perfekt zum Abschalten Wir waren in der Nebensaison im Metta Residence & Spa und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort zum Entspannen wünschen können. Die gesamte Anlage ist wie ein grünes, ruhiges Paradies – liebevoll gepflegt, mit wunderschöner Bepflanzung und einer Atmosphäre, die sofort zur Ruhe kommen lässt. Der Pool ist ein absoluter Blickfang und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Spa: eine Oase der Erholung mit exzellenten Anwendungen und tollem Service. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, ist das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren extrem herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach nur lieb – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch kulinarisch wird man verwöhnt: Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren unglaublich lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort, den wir wärmstens empfehlen können!

Tranquility in Siem Reap

Staying at the Metta Residence and Spa was an absolute delight! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a luxurious and relaxing experience, offering warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. Specifically, I’d like to call out June for her incredible customer service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The serene pool area was perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby temples. The on-site spa provided incredible treatments that added to the tranquility of the stay. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made this a memorable part of our Siem Reap trip!

Our family of 7 stayed here for 6 nights. The property is well maintained and clean. The rooms are large and spacious. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. The location is close to Angkor Wat and other sightseeing areas as well as night markets and pub street. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast and when we had lunch or dinner the food at the restaurant was very good. Some of out family members used the spa facilities and enjoyed their massages. Our itinerary was too packed to enjoy their pool but it looked welcoming. I’d recommend this place to anyone but especially those who stay with family.
