Says that they offer transfer and late check out until 00:30 which are both inaccurate. Stains on pillow and robes in the room, dated decor, wifi isn’t working, terrible breakfast. Not worth the money.

Screaming kids at the pool was a real problem. I called the front desk twice but after being told they would let them know to keep the noise down the noise continued. After being on a plane 24 hours I needed sleep so finally went out and at 9:30 pm took care of the problem. I have children and Grandchildren myself and understand kids are kids but the screeching was unexceptable. Other than that breakfast was good and also the room and staff were great.

an average place despite its grand entrance

breakfast was terrible no choice for westerners, no one spoke english, and no one helped in finding a table or guiding us to the food choices. maintenance poor lift not working properly, drain in hand basin blocked, chair in room broken.
