My time at Stay Siem Reap was so wonderful, thanks to the hotel staff, especially Nia and Vibol! The bed was comfortable and the pool was clean. I was able to easily rent a motorbike from them, which was such a smooth process. If I come back, I'd stay here again just because of the amazing staff.

A great place to stay, clean and with friendly staff. They offer tours and breakfasts in the morning. Perfect location close to the river and the main town. They have a small pool too.

I booked for 7 days, on the afternoon of the 2nd day I left because something in my room was making me sick, I woke up, my sinuses were totally plugged and my head felt slightly numb and hurt badly. I told them about it and they told me that I would get a refund for the remaining days, but thy lied and never contacted me the following day like they said they would. There were cocroches in the room so I figured they sprayed bug poison in there that made me sick. I seen them apologizing to other customers and acting very nice probably to get better/ undeserving ratings.

Great stay! Staff go above and beyond, offering warm, helpful service. The restaurant is tasty and great value. Hotel feels new, with clean, comfortable rooms that make you feel at home.

部屋が明るく、いつでも水が汲めるサービスがある。ホテル併設のレストランはカジュアルでいつでも気軽に利用可能で、朝食メニューもあります。スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで英語も堪能です。部屋にドライヤーとハンガーがなかったので、レセプションで借りることができます。
