Big rooms, good and big bed. Bathroom ok with hot running water. Hotel is well situated away from noisy Khaosan Road, but still in de centre . I can remmend this hotel and very affordable.
Property badly in need of an update, not in best location down a dirt road 15 mins walk from all the action. Staff I met had poor attitude, maybe it was only the ones I met. Luggage storage is shocking, just a flimsy shed that anyone could break into. Left after 1 night as much better hostels in siem reap

Disappointed
Check in was terrible. They made a mistake on my reservation and had to switch me rooms the following day but wanted me to leave my stuff and laptop in the public storage. I had a trip planned to the temples and was not going to trust my laptop to be left in public storage that was not even monitored. They then wantede to buy a locker to keep my laptop at my own expense. I think this should have been comped because it was their mistake. This wa stage reason I booked a single room to have the security of leaving my valuables in a secured unshared space.
I liked the pool and the bicycle rental. Not too hard to get to Angkor.
I was not a fan of the music in the bar area: they played too loud too early, wasn't feeling the house and bass of it all.
Bisschen verstecktes Hostel, relativ kleiner Poolbereich.
Guter Service, Hostel-Betten mit Privacy-Curtains.
Einziges Manko war, dass die Toiletten direkt und an der Decke offen ist ( aka man hört alles ).
Sonst sehr nette Leute da.
Room and amenities is clean and reasonable for price that we payed plus the hostel have many packages for show such as Apsara Performance and Buffet dinner that is awesome , but front desk (women) a little bit untruthful because we brought TukTuk package from her but she gave old banknote $50 as a change, which can not use for buying ticket in Angkor Wat office (Officers dont receive old banknote somehow). It's like a defrauding because she already knows that old big bank CANNOT use but she still gave it to us.All in all,Hotel is good but front desk.

Bom restaurante no Hostel
Hostel bem estruturado em Siem Reap. A 10 minutos de caminhada da Pub Street, tem um restaurante com preços justos e uma piscina.
Nice enough place. Booked tuk tips to see the temples through the hostel which all went very smoothly! Food expensive so we didn’t eat there.
Our room wasn’t as nice as the pictures/description suggested, and initially they tried to put us in a much cheaper twin room despite us paying for a king double - when we pointed this out they pushed the beds together, and offered us the same room. Then we looked out the window and we get no view despite our more expensive room specifically having a ‘city view’.
Eventually they confessed and asked if we wouldn’t mind changing rooms the next day - they didn’t offer a discount for that night or anything - because they had overbooked. We refused and they found us a room from somewhere...
Rest of stay was ok and staff were friendly they rest of the time.
