When my daughter needed a Dr appointment because she hurt her leg after coming back from Japan, the concierge scheduled a Clinic for us and got us a cab. Amazing service. I used the spa services and it is wonderful. Clean and quiet so relaxing. The people who worked with luggage would call a cab for us when needed and explained how to get around.
