Hotel was perfect. You must stay there. Every staffs always did their best. Specially, Yoga class was very helpful.
I really want to stay Zen garden again โ
โThey speak English, French and Spanish, what is really helpful and helps to feel comfortable. More of that, the boss and all the staff pay very well attention to us and helped us a lot to discover Yangshuo !โ
โThis boutique hotel is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The views of the karst mountains are incredible. The restaurant is very good and convenient. However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. Suzy, the manager, arranged many activities and transportation for us and gave us excellent recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Yangshuo. โ

โStaff was efficient and keep in communication with me quickly for my inquiries. Check in was easy and fast. No elevator for the hotel as its only up to the 4th floor. No ref in room. Easy access to West street and coming in from the Li River Cruise from Guilin, didnt need a car to get here. โ

Front desk and staff was very kind and really do their best to help us. (especially arrange train schedule, give information to yangshuo sightseeing spot,,, and so on....)
Room is very clean and comfort.

โLovely stay. Only stayed here for one short night but wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful charming place in an old restored building. Nice area along the Yulong river. Yummy food and resto has a nice terrace. We went back the next day for dinner;) Room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. โ
