"Four Seasons Sharm is a completely different level of luxury and service. I’ve traveled all over the world and have been to Sharm several times, this is my second time at the Four Seasons and absolutely nothing compares to the exquisite grounds and the superior level of service provided by every single member of the staff from the moment you arrive until you leave. It is impeccably clean, the amenities are too many to list, the spa and hair salon are excellent, the gym is well equipped, the food is exceptional, the reef is one of the best we’ve snorkelled at, and the pools are impressive. The staff takes the time to know your name and cater to your needs. My family is truly grateful for the relaxing time we had and the memories we made. Don’t stay anywhere else in Sharm. Thank you to everyone at the Four Seasons!"

"I stayed at this hotel with my family for six days, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool. I saw many families bring their kids here, and the animation team was very friendly and attentive with them. The cleanliness of the whole place is what really stood out in what this establishment is trying to achieve. All in all, check out this place. From now on, I will be staying at JAZ for when I visit sharm el sheikh again. Thanks again to everyone!"

"I enjoyed the shaded pool areas, numerous beach chairs and floating devices. Also the ice Spanish latte by the pool tasted amazing . My room was cleaned perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind from baggage carriers, dinning and excursion trip guides. One thing that could add excellence would be an iron in the room . Other than that I had a marvelous time"

"Ahmen at the main restaurant in the rotunda was amazing. Very attentive and courteous, also great with the kids. The hotel had lots of fund stuff to do at night and the food was amazing. Literally all of the staff were super kind and helpful, going above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, and beautiful facilities. However, I was disappointed that the room did not have a proper closet or enough storage space for clothes and luggage, which made our stay less comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but adding adequate closet space would greatly improve the rooms."
